Nearly perfect vintage mid 90’s Epiphone Pro 2 shredder! The guitar is near mint condition Currently loaded with the original OBL (Bill Lawrence) single coil neck and humbucker bridge pickup which can be split with push-pull switch on the tone knob. Made in Korea by Samick.
The 24 medium jumbo frets have been leveled, crowned and polished, the action is close and the neck plays super fast with a profile much like an Ibanez Wizard neck. The bridge has also been intonated and action set. Body has a contoured, carved top as well as contoured access at the neck plate area. Has cool and distinctive “guitar pick” inlays on the fretboard which is a nice dark rosewood.
The bridge is USA made by Steinberger and can actually be fixed or floating. Just swing the trem arm back until it locks then the bridge is fixed. Pop it forward to engage the tremolo system again. The knurled knob just behind the saddles is for adjusting the unique tremolo system so that it is in tune in the locked or unlocked position.
